Bay Says No Wahlberg For T4

Michael Bay has nixed rumors that his Pain And Gain leading man Mark Wahlberg would reunite with him for the Untitled Transformers Sequel.

Twitch reported the chatter which was spun when Mandy.com said that the sequel will feature a late teen's female lead who has a 20-something Texan race car driver for a boyfriend.

None of the cast or bots from the previous Transformers pics will return

Bay posted on his website: "The Mark Wahlberg T4 rumor is just a rumor. Mark and I are talking about another film project."

Ehren Kruger ("Transformers: Dark of the Moon") is writing the script for the Bay-directed fourth film which hits theaters on June 27th, 2014.
