The story is based on Zane's novel and follows a Zoe, a woman in a perfectly good marriage. The couple is busy raising three kids while devoted to their careers. However, it’s not enough to fulfill her basic needs as she soon finds herself satisfying her addiction to sex by sleeping with other men, which leads her down a dangerous path.
There are no details as to Kodjoe's role. The part of Zoe has not been cast, despite early reports from other outlets that Nia Long and Tasha Smith have also joined the film – Long is reportedly slated to play the lead role of Zoe but nothing's official.
Bille Woodruff (Honey) is set to direct. Christina Welsh wrote the adapted screenplay.
Paul Hall is producing while the pic will be executive produced by Charisse Nesbit.
