Alvarez says that they hope to make a sequel to the remake opening this week, while Sam Raimi and original series star Bruce Campbell will move forward with "Army of Darkness 2".
Then, those in the new franchise who've survived can combine with Campbell's Ash for a final film which would essentially be the seventh in the franchise.
