Matthew McConaughey is reportedly in talks to star as "The Company Man" says Deadline.
The biopic follows CIA agent Edwin P. Wilson who went behind enemy lines to secure a weapons contract and report information back to the CIA shortly after the Cold War. He had a meteoric rise until company policies changed and he was unceremoniously fired. Ultimately he became public enemy No. 1 at the U.S. Attorney's office.
The film is using Andrew Cypiot's Black List script. No director is attached yet.
Mark Sourian and Josh Kazdan are producing the pic.
