Uma Thurman Wooed To "Adam Jones"

Uma Thurman has joined the comedy "Adam Jones" says THR. Details of Thurman's role in the film are not yet known.


Originally titled "Chef"---Steve Knight's script follows Adam Jones (Bradley Cooper) a chef at a swanky Paris restaurant, who loses his job after a run of out of control behaviour. He decides to get clean and returns to the city with a goal to run a restaurant that can once more boast three Michelin stars.

Sienna Miller's playing the role of the female lead that Michelle Williams and Marion Cotillard were being considered for at one point.

Emma Thompson, Lily James, Omar Sy, Jamie Dornan, Sam Keeley, Sarah Greene and Alicia Vikander also star.

Derek Cianfrance (The Place Beyond the Pines) was set to helm Now though  John Wells, fresh from calling action on August: Osage County, will direct instead.

Wells, Stacey Sher, Michael Shamberg, and Erwin Stoff will produce the film.

Production has just begun in New Orleans for a few days ahead of a two month shoot in London.

The film initially shared the same title as Jon Favreau's recently released indie comedy with the Chef before the title was changed.
