Ashley Judd Nets "Good Kids" Role

Ashley Judd and Demian Bichir have joined the coming-of-age comedy "Good Kids" says Variety.


The story follows four overachieving high school students who, after graduation, realize that they’ve missed out on key life experiences by always being the good kids. They decide to reinvent themselves in order to enjoy their last time together before college.

Nicholas Braun, Zoey Deutch, Craig Roberts and Israel Broussard star as the fousome. 

Judd will play a beautiful "tennis wife" and Bichir the senior tennis coach at her club.

Chris McCoy wrote the 2011 Black Listed script from which he will make his directorial debut on the film. He penned early script drafts of James Gunn's film adaptation of Marvel's "Guardians Of The Galaxy".

Chris Weitz Paul Weitz and Andrew Miano will produce.

Dominic Rustam and Babacar Diene will executive produce.

Filming began today in Massachusetts.
