The story follows an emotionally stunted man who inherits his father's wacky hotel. He ends up going on series of adventures within the building, to prevent it from self-destructing.
Jason Filardi ("Bringing Down The House," " 17 Again") will pen the adapted script for the pic which is said to have the same tone as "Night at the Museum".
Carman and Kristin Burr will serve as executive producers.
