Adam Wingard Charts "The Woods"

"The Guest" and "You're Next" director Adam Wingard is set to helm the horror pic "The Woods" says Heat Vision.

The story involves a group of college students on a camping trip when they discover they are not alone.

Wingard and Simon Barrett penned the script for the film that will be cast with mostly unknowns

Roy Lee, Steven Schneider, Keith Calder and Jessica Wu are producing.

Filming aims to begin this spring.
