Oscars 2015: The Winners & More Or Thank God It's Over

Right at the top I thought the  87th Academy Awards broadcast live on ABC was one of the worst in years. Most of the bits performed by Neil Patrick Harris fell horribly flat and were not all that entertaining. Things started out on a good note with a very solid opening act --Unfortunately it was pretty much all down hill after that--NPH is talented but here some of it was painful to sit through...The my Oscar prediction sealed box had a lot of build up with a poorly executed payoff. Look I know the Oscar host gig is tough but really man--streamline it-Produces  Craig Zadan and Neil Meron did their third consecutive Oscar producing gig and it really showed tonight.

Julianne Moore's speech for "Still Alice" and the Eddie Redmayne speech for The Theory of Everything highlighted the night for me....
