The trio play characters who grew up in a boarding school with no contact or knowledge of the outside world until they discover they are clones grown for the sole purpose of organ donation.
Alex Garland (Danny Boyle 's The Beach, Sunshine and 28 Days Later) wrote it.
The film is set to shoot in April across the pond.
