The Brit tabby Herald Sun says the well-publicised on-set F-bomb rant by Bale over the Salvation D.O.P. that got a lot of attention has damaged the British actor's reputation so much that the studio wants to replace him.
This is despite Bale being under contract for at least one more Batman film, his long-standing relationship with Christopher Nolan and the fact that a third flick is only in the planning right now.
Citing no inside sources or confirmation--this one just stirs the pot without a spoon....
Worthington is about to start work on the "Clash of the Titans" remake.
"Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight" worked (mostly) because of Bale, I doubt the studio would boot him over a months old incident...
