The Vulture Blog reports that director Cameron Crowe may helm the film adaptation of "We Bought a Zoo".
Based on a memoir by Benjamin Mee, the story looks at how the author and his cancer-battling wife bought an old Zoo in England saving the two-hundred exotic animals housed there.
Aline Brosh McKenna (who adapted the The Devil Wears Prada script) does the same here--but if Crowe decides to direct he will no doubt contribute his own stuff
This flick would mark Crowe's first directorial project since 2005's Elizabethtown
