Rawson Thurber is no stranger to comedy. Though most of his work has been for television commercials, he helmed the 2004 comedy blockbuster Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. Now he looks to again foray into the world of comedy, except this new flick will be a bit more… hazy.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Thurber currently negotiates for the helm of New Line’s We’re the Millers. The film focuses on a 30-year-old dealer who wants to get out of dealing after one last job that requires him to go to Mexico. The film has been in the development stages since 2002.
