Go Bananas For "Apes" Trailer #2

The 2nd trailer for the August 5th reboot Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes has dropped....and this time it offers up a few good signs that this might actually work as a  franchise re-launcher

The story focuses on a scientist (James Franco) working on an Alzheimer's cure being tested on apes. The test subject named Caesar evolves rapidly, forcing the scientist to take him home and live with him to protect him from cruel doctors

Directed by Rupert Wyatt, the film also stars Freida Pinto, John Lithgow, Tom Felton, Brian Cox and Andy Serkis

Amanda Silver and Rick Jaffa wrote the screenplay and produced with Peter Chernin and Dylan Clark




Now my fingers (and toes) are at least officially crossed...
