Based on entertainment journalist Ken Baker's 2001 memoir "Man Made: A Memoir of My Body", the story follows a thirty-year-old man whose body goes through many changes over the course of several overwhelming weeks after discovering he hasn't totally gone through puberty due to a medical condition.
Paul Kaplan and Mark Torgove rewrote Joe Nussbaum's original draft of the adapted script.
Jesse Israel, Heidi Jo Markel and Brent Emery will produce the film.
Production hopes to begin in January.
