GI Joe 3 Is Planned

Thanks to a big launch for G.I. Joe: Retaliation over the weekend Hasbro and Paramount are said to be in the very early stages of planning a third film in the series says Variety.

The 9 month delay strategy worked out so the suits figure why not?

None of the cast is signed but I would think that they would want to get as many folks from Retaliation to come back as possible--including director Jon Chu as well as writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. They would be foolish not include Dwayne Johnson.

Look for producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura to be back for sure.
