RZA, Denis Hit The "Brick Mansions"

Rapper/actor/director RZA AKA Robert Diggs and Catalina Denis have joined "Brick Mansions", the U.S. remake of the French action hit "Banlieue 13" (aka. "District B13") says Heat Vision.

The action follows a detective (Paul Walker) trying to track down a stolen weapon of mass destruction that a ruthless drug warlord (RZA) has hidden in the ghetto dubbed Brick Mansions. He enlists the help of Lino (David Belle), a fearless man who knows the area like the back of his hand.

Denis plays the girlfriend of the dealer who is kidnapped by the overlord.

Belle starred in the original and invented the sport of Parkour which is used heavily throughout the pic and its 2009 sequel District 13: Ultimatum

Luc Besson and his "Taken" co-scribe Robert Mark Kamen are writing the script. Camille Delamarre, a protege of Besson, will direct.

Besson, Tucker Tooley and Ryan Kavanaugh will produce the pic
