Joseph Gordon-Levitt has denied chatter that he's a front-runner to play the lead role in Edgar Wright's "Ant-Man" movie.
It was thought that JGL and fellow frontrunner Paul Rudd would meet with Wright and Marvel one more time before a decision is made.
AlloCine caught up with Gordon-Levitt in France today and asked him about the report:
"There are always rumors. I talk a lot about my future projects, so if you haven't heard me talk about it, means it's nothing but a rumor. People like to write about [rumors]."
He added that the talk of him passing auditions or tests are "nothing but lies."
Well of course he's gonna deny the story...Still....
In the comics, Hank Pym is a scientist who invents a substance that allows him to change his size.
Wright and Joe Cornish co-wrote the script.
Marvel recently moved up the release date to July 31, 2015
