Max Greenfield Meets " Doris"

Talking to The Wrap "New Girl" star Max Greenfield told them that he has joined Michael Showalter's new comedy "Hello My Name Is Doris".

The story follows an older woman named Doris, whose mother dies which forces her to re-think her life. She decides to move to New York and starts a relationship with a younger man (Greenfield).

It's very funny, but it really kind of toes the line. It'll be different than what you're used to seeing with Michael,” he promises

Greenfield worked with Showalter on "They Came Together" starring Paul Rudd and Amy Poehler-- which Showalter wrote with David Wain.

Greenfield recently cameoed in the Veronica Mars movie--and can be seen in 's drama About Alex which just bowed at this year's Tribeca Film Festival.
