Mission: Impossible 5 To Film Inside Houses Of Parliament?

Tabby The Sun (via Metro) report that the filmmakers behind the action sequel Mission: Impossible 5 have reportedly closed a deal to film inside the Houses of Parliament in London - the first motion picture to do so. Until this year, filming on the site was forbidden.

Tom Cruise will star again as special operative Ethan Hunt in the sequel. Jeremy Renner is all set to reprise his role of William Brandt from 2011's "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol" Simon Pegg also returns

Christopher McQuarrie ("Jack Reacher") is directing MI #5 from a script by video game scribe Will Staples

Jessica Chastain ("Zero Dark Thirty," "The Help") is rumored to be wanted for the role of the female lead, though her involvement hasn't been confirmed.

The source says the movie "will feature numerous well-known locations in London but the Houses of Parliament is clearly the biggest coup. Tom Cruise will obviously feature heavily in the scenes. You can imagine the writers are excited about what stints they could pull off inside the Commons."

The Shard and Olympic Stadium are also being scouted as well. This would also mark the film series' return to London since the first film in 1996

Paramount has not confirmed the report..

The goal is to begin filming in August for a Christmas 2015 release.
