The action follows a female Central Intelligence interrogator (Noomi Rapace) tricked into getting a terrorist to provide key information to the wrong side. It puts her at the center of a plot to launch a biological attack in London.
Douglas and Bloom's characters have not been revealed.
Peter O'Brien penned the Black List script from which Michael Apted will direct. Mikael Hafstrom ("1408," "The Rite") was tipped to call action here at one point.
Lorenzo di Bonaventura is Georgina Townsley and Erik Howsam are set to produce the film.
Production begins November 3rd.
