The Netflix series "Orange Is The New Black" co-star Pablo Schreiber has joined 13 Hours--a film adaptation of author Mitchell Zuckoff's book for Paramount says Variety .
The story charts events surrounding the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack when terrorists seized the U.S. Special
Mission Compound and a nearby CIA Annex in the Libyan city of on the eleventh anniversary of 9/11 Four Americans were killed in the attack, including U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens
The focus of the film will be on six members of a security team that fought to defend the many Americans stationed there.
Schreiber will play one of the members of the security team alongside former "The Office" star John Krasinski who did a reading
that stunned Bay. Krasinski would play likely play security operator
who goes by the pseudonym Jack Silva in the book..
Several actors have reportedly been reading for roles in the film including Woody Harrelson, J.K. Simmons, Walton Goggins, and Shea Whigham

"The Strain" and "Prince of Thieves" author Chuck Hogan is writing the adapted script for director Michael Bay.
Erwin Stoff will produce the film.
Production begins in the Spring.
