The story follows a titan of industry (Melissa McCarthy) who is sent to prison after she’s caught for insider trading. When she gets out she is ready to re-brand herself as America’s latest sweetheart, not everyone she screwed over is so quick to forgive and forget.
Dinklage is set to play the main antagonist of the film. The role itself is gender neutral it would seem with Sandra Bullock, Jon Hamm and Oprah Winfrey were all under consideration for the part.
McCarthy's husband Ben Falcone ("Tammy") is directing from a script the pair co-wrote with Steve Mallory.
Falcone, McCarthy, Chris Henchy, Will Ferrell and Adam McKay are producing. The film is targeting an April 2016 release.
