Amanda Seyfried will star opposite the recently engaged Channing Tatum in Lasse Hallström's adaptation of "Dear John " reports Variety.Based on the Nicholas Sparks best-seller of the same name, Seyfried will play a young woman who meets and falls in love with a soldier (Tatum) while he's on leave.
It's all about chemistry between Tatum and Seyfried...Could this be another Notebook in the making?
Jamie Linden wrote the script and shooting begins October 13th in South Carolina.
