Michael Moore is going to release his new film online and for free reports the Associated Press.
The 97-minute docu called Slacker Uprising follows the rotund filmmaker on his 62-city tour during the 2004 election to rally young voters to elect John Kerry president....

It will be available for three weeks as a free download to North American residents, beginning September 23rd-timed no doubt as a free release to possibly affect the outcome of the '08 contest in some way. Even though neither candidate is running this time...
For those of you who wish to pay to see it--The $2 million film will then hit DVD on October 7th.
Moore is also doing an '09 a sequel to Fahrenheit 9/11.
