Jason Patric is poised to play the villain in the upcoming comics adaptation of "The Losers" reports AICN.The story centers on an elite group of special forces operatives who are betrayed by their handlers and left for dead. Surviving the setup, they embark on a series of wildcat ops designed to clear their own names and bring down the government agency that sold them out.
Patric will play Max, the man responsible behind the assassination of Aisha's (Zoe Saldana) father, and is also responsible for the "accident" of the Losers when they went off mission.
Been a fan of Patric's since The Lost Boys. Nice to see that he's up for some work with a higher profile
Sylvain White calls action on the film due for release in 2011.
