Vin Diesel, director John Singleton and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura are the driving forces behind a film adaptation of the game 'The Wheelman," reports Variety.
Diesel produced, voiced and had his likeness used in the game about Milo Burik-an expert driver who comes out of retirement to protect a woman from his past.
Diesel will play the role in the film adaptation and produce alongside Di Bonaventura and Samantha Vincent.
Singleton will direct from a script by Rich Wilkes, with revisions by Oliver Butcher and Stephen Cornwell.
Ugh! The vid-game based flicks usually suck ala Doom, Resident Evil: Apocalypse, Resident Evil: Extinction, Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, Street Fighter, Super Mario Bros., Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, and so on...
Good Luck Vin...coming off of Fast & Furious going into this and then there's Fast And Furious 5 news via MTV.
