Chevy Chase has joined the time-travel comedy Hot Tub Time Machine says The Hollywood Reporter.The story follows a trio of unsatisfied guys, (John Cusack, Rob Corddry and Craig Robinson) who get thrown back to their younger days in 1987 via their Jacuzzi.
Chase plays a mysterious repairman who dispenses pearls of wisdom and may or may not be behind the metaphysical road trip.

Filming is underway in Vancouver for a February 2010 release
