College is cool in Hollywood...Drillbit Taylor director Steve Brill will write and direct a currently untitled college comedy reports Variety.
The story sees a wealthy older couple who, after losing all their money to a Ponzi scheme are forced to move in with their loser son.
Brill is also attached to rewrite and direct the campus comedy "The Last Semester".
That centers on a Harvard University couple who decide to temporarily break up and date other people in their final semester in order to have the college experience.
Brill is rather a hit or miss kinda guy--keeping it low on expectation works best when watching his work
Actress Rita WIlson is also writing a script centered in the world of higher ed
