Carl Ellsworth will rewrite the action-thriller "C.O.D." says The Hollywood Reporter.
The story follows a New York City bike messenger who is forced to deliver three bombs under threat of his family receiving one. He must avoid capture by not only the authorities but also by an entire nation looking to stop him.
Lars Jacobson wrote the original script.
Ellsworth is a good choice for this project. His work on thrillers Red Eye and Disturbia was very good.
Now all you need is a good director and a strong lead as the messenger.
