Director Wes Craven responds to the chatter in which a source says that he would indeed helm Scream 4.

Craven via Twitter: “In response to the rumors about me directing SCREAM 4, a deal has not yet been set, so stay tuned for accurate information.”

That means--Craven will helm IV--when the specifics are ironed out--He just wants to be the one to make it official.
