Sam Laybourne sold his comedy spec script "Rehab" says The Hollywood Reporter.
The story centers on a man who fakes going to rehab to reconnect with a former high school sweetheart, now a rock star and in rehab for her excesses.
Laybourne is a very good scribe--whose credits include TV's Arrested Development" and the current Courteney Cox series Cougar Town
