The upcoming TV show remake of the 1985 film Teen Wolf has been cast according to The Hollywood Reporter.The lead character is Scott McCall, a nerdy high school er who gets superpowers and charisma from a wolf bite, and will be played by Tyler Posey.
His castmates include Tyler Hoechlin, love interest Crystal Reed, and Dylan O'Brien.
The series was developed by Criminal Minds creator Jeff Davis and takes its cue from the film which starred Michael J. Fox, but more as a dramatic thriller with a buddy-comedy and of course a romantic element thrown in ala Twilight...Of course.
MTV will air the show.
Ugh! We already have The Vampire Diaries and now I suppose this is The Werewolf Diaries.
I'm sure Posey (pictured) will be asked to show off his abs at some point too
