Chief Rich Ross flattened the tires of the sequel--just as stars John Travolta Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence and William H. Macy all in negotiations to reprise their roles as middle aged friends who become biker buddies.
Disney had even ordered the first draft of the script, from original writer Brad Copeland, with revisions underway, Walt Becker due back to direct with filming set for next year.
While no one reason is given as why it was nixed the poor performance of Old Dogs didn't help matters surely.
The favorite tool of Ross? A hack saw.
