Variety reports that director Peter Segal (Get Smart) is in talks to helm Neighborhood Watch.The Jared Stern script focuses on a newcomer to a community who joins the neighborhood watch and discovers supernatural elements surround them.
David Dobkin was previously attached to direct as was Will Ferrell to star but that fell apart over the Summer.
