Cornish Is Newest Psychopath

Abbie Cornish ("Bright Star," "Limitless") has joined the cast of "In Bruges" helmer Martin McDonagh's "Seven Psychopaths" says The Press Association.

Colin Farrell plays a screenwriter who struggles to find the handle on his script. He soon gets drawn into the dog-napping escapades of his friends (Sam Rockwell, Christopher Walken). When the beloved Shih Tzu owned by a psychopathic gangster (Woody Harrelson) goes missing, the scribe finds himself fueled with all the drama he needs if he can stay alive long enough to write it all down.

Cornish will play Kaya, the girlfriend of Farrell's character.

Tom Waits and Olga Kurylenko also star
