Bale, Cooper, Adams, Renner, Smell Something Funky

Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner have all joined the cast of David O. Russell's now untitled drama, once known as "American Bullsh*t" reports Variety.

In the film, Bale will play a financial con man forced to work with an ambitious FBI agent (Cooper) to take down other crims, gangsters and politicians.

Adams will play his mistress, Renner will play the leader of the New Jersey state assembly.

Russell and Eric Singer are writing the script.

Megan Ellison, Charles Roven, Richard Suckle and Ted Schipper will produce the film.

A late 2013 release is planned.
