Jodie Foster is attached to direct the indie drama "Money Monster" says Variety. The script by Alan Difiore and Jim Kouf follows a TV personality whose insider trading tips have turmed him an economics genius. A viewer loses all of his family's money on a bad tip and decides to hold the guru hostage on air.
Daniel Dubiecki will produce the pic
Production is hoped to begin early next year.
