The story centers on a loser agent for young actors who is also a washed-up child star himself. He stumbles upon a brilliant 13-year-old prodigy (Saxon Sharbino) and then tries to close the mega-deal that will make her a star while managing her drunk volatile father.
Gregg, Amanda Peet, Paul Sparks, Felicity Huffman, Allison Janney, William H. Macy, Molly Shannon and Sam Rockwell are all set to star.
Production kicked off last week in Los Angeles.
