Julianne Moore would play District 13 leader Alma Coin. All My Children co-star Patina Miller makes her film debut as Commander Paylor the rebel commander of District 8. Wes Chatham and Elden Henson will play Castor and Pollux. As brothers. The duo work on the TV crew that films Katniss, and Pollux also has intimate knowledge of the sewer system beneath the Capitol. Mahershala Ali was cast as Katniss’ protector Boggs. Character actor Robert Knepper will play Antonius said to be President Snow’s minister. Fans of the book have noted that there is no character by that name. The only character that has some resemblance to the name is Aurelius, but in the story he is a doctor, not a minister. If that is the case, then it would be the first time that the film has stepped away from the source material.
