Class Action

High School Musical 3: Senior Year doesn't hit theaters till October 24th but that hasn't stopped the suits at Disney from already planning the next step for the franchise

The Hollywood Reporter has the news...

Disney Channel Worldwide president Rich Ross said on Tuesday that the new film is likely to be a TV movie, unlike the third film which begins production in two weeks in Utah.

Ross asks and answers the most obvious question...

"Are we going to have all the cast back? Probably not. Will we have some of them? I hope so."

That's a realistic expectation considering that the current class of "kids" are now starting to carve out solo big screen careers.
