The novel "Naomi and Ely's No Kiss List" is being adapted for the big screen with plans to put Heroes star Hayden Panettiere as the lead reports Variety.The book by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan takes place in Manhattan, where Naomi and her gay best friend Ely protect their soul mate like friendship by creating a list of people deemed off limits for locking lips.
Their friendship is tested big time though when Ely kisses Naomi's boyfriend.
Panettiere seems the perfect fit for this flick Of course casting of the men in Naomi's life will be key.
Amy Andelson and Emily Meyer will write the script.
Panettiere is keeping very busy before the 3rd season of her TV gig gets underway. She's playing the title role in the -Chris Columbus directed comedy "I Love You, Beth Cooper," and is also planning to star in "Daydream Nation."
