Sarah Jessica Parker dominated the world of television with the HBO hit Sex and the City and earned accolades and respect from her acting peers. Marisa Tomei has graced motion pictures for more than twenty years in such films as In the Bedroom, My Cousin Vinny, and The Wrestler.
Now the two actresses look to star in the same film. According to Variety, the two have entered early talks for Raymond De Felitta’s romantic comedy/drama Married and Cheating. Since it hasn’t been written yet, there’s no word on the roles of either Parker or Tomei.
The news of Parker potentially signing on is quite interesting. Aside from the Sex and the City films, she hasn’t been in too many films recently. Still, she’s an engaging presence who exudes a bubbly and carefree personality. As for Tomei, well, we’ve seen her show off her acting range in quite a few films.
