Set six months after Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) revealed his identity as Iron Man:
"How many superheroes are open about their true identities? We wanted to play with that idea. But it obviously has consequences - in his relationships, on the team. There are a lot of areas we can explore" .
Four different Iron Man suits are viable. Marks I - III are pictured left to right, plus another red-and-gold body armor on the far right--It might have something to do with a recent Favreau Twitter message, in which he mentions that a “[new] on set practical suit is a marked improvement. Much lighter and less restrictive. Downey looks great in it"
Keeping elements of the story top secret is job 1 - "I really enjoyed when we were a dark horse and no one knew much about us. ... I hope we can find that place again."
