The Rio-set film has a "North By Northwest" vibe with memory loss and recovery key to the plot.
Nicholas Meyer (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan Time After Time and "The Human Stain") has been hired to rewrite it.
Mike Lobell, Martin Shafer and Liz Glotzer will produce the project.
No director is yet on board--making Meyer an ideal choice to call action here.
