Director Michael Bay wants Transformers 3 to be a more character driven installment in the franchise.



Speaking to the LA Times Bay says the next pic won't be as "robot-heavy" and will feature fewer explosions...

Say What!!? Isn't that what the films are all about? Warring bots battling over an ancient tech gizmo...How much human introspection should we get?

Bay added, "There will be a nice crescendo ending...”

Bay also promises. “It gets much more into the robot character. The last time you kind of met a few of the robots; this time you’re gonna get a much cooler landscape".

A Bay film with fewer loud booms? Yeah Right...
