James Cameron’s Avatar is coming back to movie screens on August 27th? I had not.
"Avatar: Special Edition will run exclusively in 3-D, and will have eight minutes of never before seen footage, including new creatures and action scenes
With that Cameeron told Entertainment Weekly that a recent trip to South America changed some of the story he has planned for Avatar 2
At a special screening of the film for the Amazonian tribal community the Achuar. After the screening, the BBC interviewed a tribal elder who said “In this movie, they solved their problems by fighting. We are not afraid to fight, but we have decided to try to solve our problems through dialogue. So this movie needs a better message." Cameron said "I felt like I’d been Punk'd. But it made me think."
One word Ugh!
