Plans to film some of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" in Brazil are being questioned after a recent violent incident in one of the city's hotels causing security concerns.
AFP reports that suits at Summit Entertainment had been planning to shoot several scenes from the film in Rio de Janeiro around the end of the year, essentially right at or near the beginning of the 2 film shooting schedule.
However last weekend saw gunmen taking 35 people hostage at Inter-Continental Hotel As a result, plans to shoot in Rio now look to be in jeopardy, though Summit is said to be discussing the issue with government officials.
In a statement to RadarOnline.a Summit spokesperson says they are "continuing to scout locations within the country"
