Based on Don DeLillo's novel Robert Pattinson stars as a financial whiz who risks his immense fortune by betting against the yen on one particularly chaotic day. His decisions eventually make him the target of an assassination. Most of the film is set inside a limousine as Bobby's character is transported from one location to another.
Jay Baruchel, Samantha Morton, Juliette Binoche, Paul Giamatti, Mathieu Amalric and Sarah Gadon also star.
Cronenberg adapted the script and directed the film that Paulo Branco and Martin Katz produced
The film has yet to land a release date in the U.S. but it will be sometime this year...
This trailer has Cronenberg written all over it and the film looks quite provocative...which is further proof that star Pattinson hopes to really break free of The Twilight film series as soon as the final pic is out this year.
