Jorge Garcia Gets A Summer "Job"

Jorge Garcia has joined the cast of the multi-generational comedy "Get a Job" says Variety.


The film centers on a college graduate named Will (Miles Teller) and his friends who have to lower their expectations as they enter the real world during a recession. Nicholas Braun Brandon T. Jackson and Christopher Mintz-Plasse will play Will's three friends

Anna Kendrick plays Will's hard-charging girlfriend and Bryan Cranston is his father who is also looking for a job at the same time his son is. Alison Brie also stars as a sharp-toungued co-worker, and Jay Pharoah plays a guy starting what he thinks is a recession-proof business. Marcia Gay Harden will play a demanding Vice President at an executive placement firm who runs her division according to her own rules.

Garcia's role is unknown at this point.

Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel wrote the script that "Roger Dodger" filmmaker Dylan Kidd is set to direct.

Michael Shamberg and Stacey Sher are producing.

Production is now underway in Los Angeles.
